Hello! I'm a kind and nurturing individual who finds purpose in caring for others. The majority of my care-giving experience is from nannying children for 6 years. However a couple of years ago I spent 8 months caring for an elderly couple for 25 hours a week, and before that also cared for my grandmother in my home at the end of her life. The elderly couple I cared for had disabilities including Parkinson's, Dementia, and being legally blind. I transported them to appointments, prepared all of their food, bathed them, dressed them, read and wrote on their behalf, managed medications, and provided companionship. I did similar things for my grandmother who suffered from Dementia.
