As a natural-born caregiver my passion for working with children began when working at a daycare & caring for my own 3 daughters & also working with children at a public school. My decision to pursue a childcare career stems from my desire to provide reliable support for families and be a part of their children's growth. I'm a patient, calm, and creative individual with a friendly and approachable nature. My effective communication skills allow me to build strong relationships with parents, ensuring they're well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow their preferred communication method, whether it's written daily reports or verbal communication during pickup. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable maintaining a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care. I believe in positive reinforcement and age-appropriate discipline to help children learn & grow.
