To whom it may concern, We are absolutely delighted to recommend Heloise G. as nanny and caregiver to any family, although she has become an integral part of our own and will be sorely missed. Heloise has been in our employ for the last two years, during which she has cared for our 3-year-old daughter with mild spastic hemiparesis from cerebral palsy. As we prepare to send our daughter to in-person preschool we will be cutting back our need for a full-time nanny and with reluctance we anticipate her eventual departure. As our nanny of over 2 years, she has proven her immense compassion, patience, kindness, and flexibility time and time again as we navigate the unique health schedule and psychological needs of our daughter in addition to the unusual current pandemic situation.
