Katherine was very patient with our rescue who took a bit to warm up. By the end, Ellie didn't want her to leave. Katherine was punctual, respectful, friendly, and very professional. She listened intently while my husband and I rambled on about our 3 dogs; their personalities, likes, dislikes, etc... Our fur babies were very well taken care of while we were gone. We will most definitely hire Katherine again!
