About Heidi

Hello, I am the mother of two great kids, ages 20 and 18. I have a degree in Social Work/Psychology from CSU. I was concurrently a licensed day care provider for 4 children ages 2 months to 8, while my children were young.. I love outdoor activities and indoor games/crafts/activities. I love to read and teach children and have pre-k experience. I enjoyed providing a fun, safe, happy environment for the kids. Having children myself, I know how important it is to know your kids are not just taken care of, but are with someone who cares about them, and offers them activities and love so that they can thrive. I am comfortable and enjoy caring for infants on up to teens. I am able to multitask well, take pride in a job well done, am organized and prioritize well, am positive, caring, work well under stress, am even keeled, patient, reliable and ethical. I know that once you meet and get to know me, you will feel confident, comfortable and relieved to know that your children are in good, loving hands. The entire reason I got my daycare license when my children were young was because I feel it's so important for children of all ages to be in a loving, positive, learning environment.
