About Haylie

As a college senior studying forensic studies and interning with Homeland Security, I bring responsibility, compassion, and attention to detail to babysitting. My ultimate goal is to work on the Crimes Against Children Task Force, which has deepened my commitment to protecting and caring for children. I've had the privilege of babysitting two wonderful children, ages 7 and 11. This experience taught me how to balance the needs of different age groups, create structured routines, and plan engaging activities tailored to their personalities. I learned to communicate effectively, recognize subtle cues about their emotions, and foster a safe and nurturing environment where they feel supported and valued. Safety is my top priority, and my internship has sharpened my situational awareness and ability to respond calmly in any situation. I'm reliable, patient, and passionate about providing parents peace of mind while making a positive impact on their children's lives.
