My current nanny family and I are looking for another family to host a nanny share in their home. I currently provide full time care for their 20mo and occasional care for their 4yo child on days off from school. 8-4 Monday-Friday. After graduating with my bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies in 2016, I started as an infant nanny that evolved into a share. For the last 9 years I've exclusively been a share nanny. I am passionate about the role I play in the families I provide care for. I consider both families ever changing needs in my child-led approach with an emphasis on independence and providing opportunities for the child(ren)s developmental growth.
