Alicia was absolutely wonderful! We had her in a nanny share with 2 infants. She went above and beyond to make sure my baby napped when he was having trouble sleeping in a crib (helping with contact naps), went for walks daily and did lots of play, reading, and outdoor playing/picnics. We still keep in touch since she moved to CA - you would be lucky to have her watch your kid/s!
