Hans watched our three young children (5 and under) while my husband and I did house/yard work. They played outside in the snow for hours and our kids adored him! He was very patient and engaging, set good boundaries with them, and interacted well with them from the start. He also let me know when my 10mo had reached her limit in the cold, which I appreciated it. He was willing to wear a face mask, arrived promptly, and was very professional in his communication.
