I'm a passionate childcare provider with over three decades of experience nurturing and educating children. I retired early so that I could help provide childcare for my now 2 old granddaughter. I am patient and have a calm demeanor. I connect with children on a personal level, sparking their creativity and imagination. I believe open communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents about their child's day, using their preferred method of contact. I firmly adhere to household rules set by the parents to ensure consistency for the child. From outdoor sports to educational games, I enjoy a variety of activities that encourage physical, mental, and emotional growth. As a certified teacher with a graduate degree in special education, it is natural for me to incorporate developmentally appropriate activities. I have been certified in First Aid & CPR several times, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care. I am willing to get re-certified if needed.
