About Haley
My grandmother had dementia and needed assistance for 7 years and I was able to help and assist my mom with taking care of her. I would spend the night when I needed to and sit with her during the day when others were unable. We would read books, look at pictures, color, watch tv etc. I would love to be a companion and friend.

Haley came to meet the family and look at the house. We set up a time for her to start, she went over all of the duties and agreed on a rate. She was to start the next day, arriving at my house before I was taking my father to surgery - and doing light housework and watching the kids while I was at the hospital. An hour after her agreed upon arrival time she sends a text that says "hey. I got in a car wreck. Sorry" and then NEVER SHOWS UP. It is one thing to have no help. I can deal with that. It is another thing to be lied to and then stood up. We had to cancel my fathers surgery and reschedule because you aren't allowed to bring children to the hospital. It has been a full in disaster cleaning up after her thoughtlessness and laziness. I was hesitant to hire someone this young because I need dependability, and I should have trusted my gut.
