I grew up in big bear and we are looking to move to the Tahoe Truckee area in November. I have a 9-month-old baby and I have been babysitting here and there since I was about 13. When I was about 16 I started watching 3 boys in big bear and I ended up being more like a nanny for them. I'm looking for part time, long term family to nanny for. I already have one family set up to watch their baby 2 days a week starting in about April so I'm looking for about 2-3 more days a week with another family. As I mentioned I do have a baby boy and he will be a year when we move up there, it would be ideal if I could bring him along occasionally but if I ever need to figure something out for him that shouldn't be a problem. I have a lot of experience with watching multiple kids so I know I won't have an issue. Can't wait to hear from you!! Thanks

Hailee is the BEST. She was one of our first babysitters we ever had for our kids. At the time I had a two-year-old and a newborn. Every time she watched the kids I never had to worry I knew they were in great care. My kids had so much fun with her. She would always do arts and crafts or forts or just play games with them. She was there for the first steps of my second and third child. My kids loved her so much. She became auntie to them. It is really hard to find good childcare these days and I wouldn’t say she’s just good. She’s literally the best. The most amazing sitter we have ever had. Her love for kids is something not many people have. She loves your kids like they are her own. When I would get home, my house would be clean. The kids would be bathed and in pajamas. My kids were never sad when we left them with her. I honestly think they preferred to be with her over us. She was so fun! Anyone would be lucky to have her as a babysitter or a nanny. If you don’t hire her, you are definitely missing out.
