About Ella

Hi I'm Ella !! I'm here in Big Bear for the summer and am an experienced and dedicated childcare provider with a deep-rooted passion for nurturing and educating children. My family has been foster parents and my mom has been a nanny for many years which has helped me personally growing a passion for childcare as well. Over the course of six years, and being the oldest sibling in my family, I've consistently improved my skills and knowledge to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various age groups. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to build strong relationships with both children and their families. I believe in open and honest communication, and I keep parents regularly informed about their child's day through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and or regular updates via text or phone call.
