About Hailee

Hello! I started my experience with childcare by growing up in an in-home daycare. My mom has been doing childcare since I was in elementary school. I started childcare myself at 15 years old with consistent babysitting gigs through high school. I worked at a drop in childcare center throughout high school as well. When I graduated, I was not certain on college, so I became a full-time nanny for a wonderful family of 3 boys, and worked for them for almost 2 years. In January of 2022, I found out I was pregnant and had to quit nannying to go find a job with insurance. I ended up as a CNA at Sanford, and worked there for a year, but knew that was not where I wanted to be. In February of 2023 I took a position as a Behavioral Tech at an elementary school, a setting I have wanted to work in since I was little. I now have a 18-month-old daughter of my own and am loving every second of it, while working full time in elementary education.
