With 10 years of experience working with children, I have developed a strong foundation in child development, education, and caregiving. My background as a nanny, elementary school paraprofessional, and licensed substitute teacher has given me the skills to support children of all ages. I have experience adapting to the needs of children with diverse learning and developmental backgrounds, ensuring they feel supported and engaged. I strive to create an environment where kids feel secure, valued, and encouraged to explore. My approach is hands-on, adaptable, and responsive to each child's unique personality and needs.
