About Gretchen

I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development, with two years of experience as a childcare provider. My background as a retired division-one athlete and volunteer at hospitals has instilled in me empathy, patience, and leadership skills. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating effectively with parents about their child's day. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games with children. I'm eager to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm CPR-trained, and I'm currently pursuing a graduate degree in speech pathology to become a pediatric speech and language pathologist. I aspire to positively impact the lives of young children and help them reach their full potential.
