About Brooke

I've always been passionate about nurturing the development of young minds, which led me to my choose my major in developmental psychology. With a year of experience, I'm skilled at creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. I believe in open communication with parents, regularly providing updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I adapt my communication style to the parents' preferences. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. My favorite activities with children include educational games, board games, puzzles, outdoor sports, and physical games. I'm comfortable caring for two children, aged 0 to 3, but am flexible, and I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. I am finishing my sophomore year at UofM, I have a car, I'm comfortable around pets, and I'm excited about the opportunity to make a positive impact on your family.
