I'd describe my personality as kind, open-minded, and compassionate. I like tutoring because there is no better way to learn than by teaching. I also enjoy spending time with kids and getting to know them and their learning processes. I started tutoring when I started high school. I was an assistant Faith Formation teacher at my church for grades K-5. I also tutored middle- and high-schoolers through the National Honor Society, English NHS, and Spanish NHS. I am now a Writing Assistant at FIU, which means I work one-on-one with my assigned undergraduate students to help them excel in writing-intensive classes. In my spare time, I like to read, write, and explore the great outdoors. One thing you should know about me is that I am a dedicated worker.
