About Grace

I have been working with children from the day I can remember. Having 3 younger brothers, I was always there to give an extra hand. I wanted to help in everything and anything. I started babysitting around age 10/11 for my siblings for short amounts of time, until I was around 14 was when I started being able to sit for other families unsupervised/longer periods. When I was 14, I worked at my local club gymnastic team helping out the younger girls with classes. At that point, I really grew a love for coaching. I then coached at The Little Gym in Gurnee, as well as LGA in Libertyville. After I turned 16 I was able to start nannying. From after-school care to full-time summer positions, I have worked with children from the ages of infant to 15 years old; changing diapers, making meals, cleaning, laundry, to making scavenger hunt games. I have been responsible for caring for 10 kids at once thanks to my coaching experience, so I feel comfortable in any childcare situation.
