I communicate regularly with parents about their child's day, providing written daily reports and verbal updates at pickup. I also send regular text or phone call updates throughout the day. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
