I believe that communication is key when it comes to childcare, so I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day, both verbally at pickup and through their preferred communication method. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. In terms of activities, I love playing outdoor sports and physical games with children, as well as board games and puzzles.
