Gina is outstanding. We worked with her for 3 years as a full-time nanny for our two girls starting from when they were 18 months and 3.5 years old. She brings an ideal balance of fun and joy along with responsibility and boundary-setting according to our preferences. She is very even-headed and capable to handle and manage everything that comes with kid care and parent support. She is proactive and thoughtful about activities and outings to keep the kids happy and enriched. The kids love her, we (the parents) appreciate her immensely (even though we don't always realize the full extent that we should be appreciating her), and all the teachers and other care-givers comment on how great she is! We were extremely fortunate to team-up with Gina, and her next family will be too!
