Allie is an amazing nanny—the kids adore her and my husband and I feel so supported any time she's part of the mix. We have a family saying: "Everything is better when Allie's around." It's because she's taken the time to get to know each of us individually and has a magical, intuitive sense of what each of us needs. She's a great listener and can meet whatever the moment holds, whether that's a kid crying over bumping their toe, helping the kids feel safe and brave while us parents go away for the night, or bringing joy, sparkle, and fun to everyday games and crafts.
