Gina is amazing! Best thing to happen to our family and worth every penny – we wish we could take her with us when we move out of state. Gina has been watching out 1.5 yr old all summer, and every morning when he hears her arrive, he runs to the door screaming in excitement. He can’t wait to play. She is fun, creative, and patent with great energy. They play outside most of the time, going to the park, the pool, the library, or to splash in puddles. When they are inside we hear her singing to him and encouraging him to work on his speech – they have long babbling conversations filled with animal sounds. She is so creative when she plays with him – it often gives me ideas. She has also gone above and beyond. First, she is wonderful at communicating with us and is very flexible, even watching our son many weekends. She often stays late to make sure his highchair is clean, that dishes are washed, and floor is swept. She has purchased swimwear and miscellaneous clothes and gifts for our son and refused to be reimbursed. She has even taken him out for brunch and not allowed us to pay her back. One week when I was out of town, she even took over some cooking and laundry tasks – taking dirty clothes to her place to wash and baking our son’s favorite muffins at her place to bring over. She really is a third parent to our son and an invaluable member of our household. I’m not sure what we’ll do without her once we move.
