About Gary S

Hola! I'm Gary - a musician, a skateboarder, a dog dad, and most importantly, a person deeply passionate about kids! Growing up in a first generation American family, I spent much of my childhood caring for my special needs brother while my parents' were at work. This taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and communication when working with children of all abilities. I am a former professional musician and love to share my passion and knowledge of music creation and production, especially the guitar and bass. I'm an avid skateboarder, and have helped a variety of kiddos learn both the basics and advanced skills on and off the skatepark. I speak spanish fluently and would be happy to teach the language. I have both state and federal background check clearances, a Pennsylvania drivers license, and am comfortable with all types of pets.
