About Gabriel

I feel like learning effectively comes from a place of confidence. I enjoy the process of slowly building up the emotional confidence of the child. Giving them the space to fail with grace and push through life's challenges. I'm looking to be challenged on every level, every day. I really like to problem solve, bring the child into a place of positive self worth, and bring positivity into learning. I started tutoring when I saw the need for a more empathetic approach to learning. I am a preschool teacher and the need for a more confident building tactic became apparent to me, almost immediately. I like to camp, hike, learn, cook, build, and explore with my two boys. I am also an avid fan of travel as it puts us in an unknown space where we need to rely on our social and emotional growth to survive. I am incredibly kind, caring and compassionate to the child's needs. I often put others before myself, as helping people is truly my greatest passion.
