About Christina

I am a dedicated tutor with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students succeed. I earned my degree in Biochemistry and Biomedical Ethics from the University of San Diego and then went on to complete UCSD's Post Baccalaureate Premedical Program, giving me a strong foundation in science (biology, chemistry, physiology, etc.) and math subjects. I provide one-on-one support, tutoring, and resources to help students achieve their academic goals at all grade-levels. In my role as Executive Director of a public health nonprofit, I've mentored over 100 students in research and career development, guiding them to achieve their professional aspirations. My experience as a volunteer educator and leader in sexual violence prevention initiatives has shaped my nurturing and approachable teaching style. I am committed to helping students build confidence and master challenging subjects by tailoring lessons to their unique learning styles.
