About Gabriela

3 words to describe my personality: Bubbly Energetic Responsible! I have worked with children from the ages 4-13 for about 5 years. I have worked with General Educational, Special Educational and Behavioral Students. I would have to say a strength of mine would have to be the relationships I build with the children. I really get to know their needs and understand/see what works well with them. I would have to say something I could work would be that I could really take a step back and understand that I can't change what I don't have control of. I care tremendously for the children. I am a Behavioral Interventionist so I work with very high intense behavioral students that need that extra support/guidance. That being said, my job comes implies a lot guidance and security for the children. This is when I can support with all my resources & experience! I've learned that I can't help everyone, nor can I save everyone. I can and will always show up to do my best for these children.
