About Frances

Hello everyone! My name is Frances and I am eager to bring a unique blend of skills to care for your little ones. As an Early Learning Lead Educator, I have hands-on experience crafting engaging and educational activities for children ages 3-4. My time teaching sixth grade further strengthened my skills in connecting with children of various ages, while my certification in secondary education supports my commitment to fostering a supportive and enriching environment. My volunteer work at Alcoholics Anonymous meetings has equipped me with the sensitivity and expertise to handle children with family struggles, and how to support and accommodate in any ways I can. I'm dedicated to creating a nurturing and structured setting that helps every child thrive, as well as pushes them to learn rather than just sitting. Because I currently work full time, I would love to be an after school care support, tutor in history or English, or before school support!
