About Hayleigh

Hi! My name is Hayleigh, I am a student at Central Washington University, getting my bachelor's in Elementary Education with a minor in literacy. I have been working with children for a good while now, babysitting since I was young and a previous job at a nonprofit childcare program within a school district. I am most experienced with school aged children but have a passion for child care of all ages. I like working with kids because it is such a rewarding and meaningful experience. Children bring energy, curiosity, and joy to everyday moments, making the work so entertaining. Watching them learn, grow, and develop new skills can be incredibly fulfilling, an I love making a positive impact. I'm looking for a job that I am where I feel valued and respected by a family that communicates openly and appreciates the care I provide. I want to work with a family that values a nurturing, structured, and positive environment for both the children and myself.
