Over the past 4 years I have worked in various roles where the need to work closely with the other people, follow strict rules , and procedures and demonstrate understanding, and empathy have been required in senior , I am passionate about being a caregiver , and my positive cherry disposition makes me much suited to work . I am patient, attentive, adaptable, reliable , recognizing that every senior has unique needs, I prioritize Dignity , respect , emotional well being . I strive to create a safe , comfortable and nurturing environment while assisting with daily activities such as personal care , meal preparation, medication reminder , mobility support , companionship . I understand the importance of empathy , active listening , and ability to find a good solution , able to build s trust for both the senior and their family . My goal is to enhance their quality of life, ensuring they feel so valued comfortable, and cared for in dignified manner .
