Ewa Szudzinski is an amazing woman who has cared for our two children for 1.5 years (Starting age girl: 6 months; boy: 4 years). Ewa's steadfast commitment to our family provided me the ability to return to work with ease. She has become an integral part of our family and we are very honored to have the opportunity to express our gratitude. Ewa demonstrated remarkable qualities from the very first day of our journey together. She provides the perfect amount of consideration and warmth towards the children while maintaining the necessary gentle authority in order to provide for their care. Even though our family schedule varies from day to day, she manages each of our children s routines with ease by balancing the care of the baby with my schoolager s needs. During the school year, Ewa was responsible for safely getting our son on the bus at our local bus stop. When our son is home from school, Ewa effortlessly incorporates his style of play and activities into the routine. Furthermore, Ewa plays with our youngest daughter and provides the appropriate amount of personal stimulation to keep her interest through books, age appropriate toys, games, imaginative play, outside activities, music and art. Ewa exceeds our expectations by diligently tidying our home while the children play independently rest and/or nap. Additionally, she provides healthy meals and snacks for the children. Ewa also finishes the preparation of evening meals on occasion. Ewa has been consistently punctual and has maintained flexibility with our continuously changing family schedule. We have found her noble and diligent care of our children a true blessing and confidently recommend her as an excellent Child Care Provider.
