Our family is so fortunate to have Erika in our lives. She has been taking care of our children (2.5 and 5.5 years old) on a weekly basis for 1.5 years. Erika is a very warm, caring and loving person and is amazingly patient and positive. She is flexible, reliable, very easy to communicate with, and always sends photo updates of our kids. They enjoy going to parks, playgrounds and libraries. Erika understands toddlers' developmental needs and makes sure to include different activities like arts, crafts, building toys, workbooks, and reading into their time together. We trust her fully with our children and we recommend her wholeheartedly.
