About Mackensie

I am currently open to various part time roles or nanny shares. I do have my degree in child development from CSUEB plus 16 yrs paid experience with a wide range of ages in various childcare, teaching and home management positions. I am excellent at providing age-appropriate play-based learning activities and happy to include ASL. I prefer no screen time. I approach caregiving with a gentle parenting style, honoring a child's needs while modeling emotional regulation skills and communication. I am very experienced with housework, cleaning, and healthy cooking. I can meal prep whole food nourishment for the family utilizing my holistic nutrition certification. I also have a spotless driving record. I am unable to accept any roles less than $45/hr at this time, except if in a nanny share starting at 25/child. Due to helping multiple families, I am unable to care for sick children at this time as I support multiple families and have to prioritize limiting sharing anything. Thank you!
