About Erika

I am a K/1 school teacher (certified and w/ Master's). I am silly, playful, patient, and kind while holding high expectations for young people. My relationships with students are the most important part of my work. While I am a total geek for primary academics, social-emotional literacy is one of my strongest skill-sets. I am available for tutoring elementary subjects and/or creative, playful, joyful child-care. If you believe your child would benefit from 1:1 academic tutoring, we can do a pre-assessment and develop a learning plan. If you believe your child would benefit from baking cookies, exploring parks, and creating art, we can plan for that, too! I am a morning person and can also do late nights. Weekends are a possibility though I would prefer a consistent weekday schedule. That being said, there are a handful of dates for which I am unavailable. I am most likely moving out of state in August/September, though there may be some flexibility there.
