Hello. My name is Erica R. and I am an elementary Music Educator in the Hoover/Birmingham area. I have been teaching for 8 years and have been in childcare for 10+ years, having worked at multiple childcare establishments, one being Odyssey Early School in Hoover. I have used Care. com as a platform since 2015 and have found many wonderful families to support as a babysitter throughout that time. Because I am currently a teacher, my availability greatly depends on my work hours. Also, due to COVID 19, there have been shifts in how I am participating in babysitting efforts, such as wearing masks (which I do all day at my current teaching job) and being able to adequately social distance. Excellent tutor!!! She met with my student two days per week. Leading up to exams she made extra time to meet with him over the weekend.
