Looking for a full time position with the right family due to my previous job coming to and end as the children are all of age to be in school. They are currently 7, 5, and 3 years old and I have been with the family since the oldest was a newborn I take a very involved and engaged approach to this job and feel that is shown well throughout my work. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe expressing themselves. I put a heavy emphasis and actively engage in imaginative play, emotional regulation, and children's autonomy. Emotionally intelligent children who are well cared for create empathetic and emotionally mature adults. It is of most importance to me that you and I are able to develop a strong relationship with a foundation of deep trust that is fully reciprocated. This is where I have found the most success in past jobs, and I have wonderful references that can speak to that.
