About Erica

Looking for a new full time position due to my previous placement of 7 years coming to an end as the children are all old enough to be in school now. They are currently 7, 5, and 3 and I have been with them since the oldest was a newborn. I strive to nurture a warm and welcoming environment where the children I work with feel safe expressing themselves in a healthy way. I encourage and actively engage in imaginative play, emotional regulation and children's autonomy. I have wonderful referrals and truly feel my love for the job speaks for itself. It is of the most importance to me that you and I develop a strong relationship in addition to me being able to understand and work with your parenting style. This is where I have found most success in my previous positions and have developed a deep trust that is fully reciprocated.
