About Emma

My passion for childcare stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of positively impacting young lives, coupled with my bachelor's degree in psychology. As the oldest of four, I have extensive practical experience with children across all phases of development. I'm known for my patience and calm demeanor, and communication is key in my approach to childcare. Having neurodiversity siblings, I am well-versed in caring for differently abled children and adapting my style of care to their needs. My creative and imaginative nature allows me to engage children in educational games and arts activities that foster their learning and fine motor skills. I am committed to being an engaging and holistic care giver. I have extensive experience caring for children from infants to teens, and up to 5 children at a time. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, in accordance with those set by the primary caregiver, to ensure a safe and structured environment.
