Our grandchildren live within 10 minutes of us and we had the privilege of having my step-Dad live with us the last 8 years of his life. I worked for many years in the hospital in many departments as well as home care. I have 2 spare bedrooms, 5 chickens and two loving dogs! A true family atmosphere.

I love having Joyce (she goes by her middle name) watch my kids! She's an excellent part-time or backup nanny. She watches my kids as a backup for my Monday-Thursday nanny and on the occasional Friday when I have to work. The kids love having her there because she is fun, and I love that the kids still get their homework done and the house tidied up before I get home! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for part-time or backup care.
