About Emily

My name is Emily and I am an elementary school teacher. I graduated college with a degree in elementary education and psychology. I am knowledgeable on the curriculum students are being taught to best engage and support them as a tutor outside of school as well. I have tutored kids both in person and virtually. Most of my tutoring experience is in literacy however, I feel comfortable in all academic areas. When tutoring I love to create games and incorporate the students interest too allow them to feel excited to learn. I believe that all students can love to learn, they just need to be shown learning in a way that incorporates their interest and dreams.
