Our first impression of Emily was that she is professional, competent, highly qualified, and confident in her role as a childcare provider. Emily worked with our family as a night nanny for our premature twin girls for 7 months. Our twins were born at 28 weeks gestation, so they had high needs and required an extra level of support being on oxygen, various medications, and specialized feeding regimens/protocols. Emily confidently and lovingly cared for our high-need babies throughout the night, and we never had to worry when our babies were in her care because her expertise was evident. With both my husband and I being physicians, we valued Emily's high level of education, her evidence-based approach, and safety being her top priority. She seamlessly blended in with our family. Emily was always reliable, flexible, communicative, and dependable. We are so blessed to have found her and to have her in our lives!
