About Emily

I currently work as a behavioral therapist for 10 +years. Ive worked with all different disabilities including all levels of assistance in life skills and ADLS. I have training in Nursing, OT, PT, ST and working with Paralyzed patients. I took care of my Grandfather for years who had heart compactions and 2 strokes the left side of his body became Paralyzed including a brain aneurysm. I also took care of my grandmother who had heart compactions and needed two knee replacement including liver failure. It was an extremely long road for 2years she began losing strength fast. She lived in South Carolina I hired 24 hour nursing. I worked for three days out of the week and the other four I would go to South Carolina to take care of her. I worked extremely hard to give her the best care I could. It is with great saddest that my Grandmother passed away 3 weeks ago. I would love nothing more then to fill my time helping another elderly person.
