I'd describe my personality as Respectful, caring,, hardworking . I like caring for seniors because I can learn a lot from them and it will enhance my relationship with them I'm looking for a job that patient satisfaction, respect I started caring for seniors when I had to care for my grandmother who had cancer and was in a home in Jamaica and I felt I could care for her much better at home with the help of her care team. It was very important for me to let her feel loved and cared for and she could still keep her dignity , also as a survivor myself a lot of things came in handy that I was taught by her care team.
