About Emerson

As a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with over six years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My journey into caregiving was fueled by my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my love for kids and I also have done two years of child development classes, a full year of working as a teacher cadet, and a full summer of working as a summer school teacher, therefore I have plenty of experience with kids, as well as volunteering in the infant and toddler rooms at my church. My approach to childcare is rooted in patience, creativity, and a genuine love for children. I believe in open communication with parents, ensuring that I understand their expectations and preferences for their child's care. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, adapting my approach to their unique parenting style. I also enjoy introducing new games and activities to fit the children's age group!
