About Ashley

Hi! My name is Ashley and I'm a college freshman with a passion for working with children. Ever since high school, when I was part of a program called Future Educators and worked as a kindergarten teaching assistant for a full school year, I've known that childcare is something I truly love. I'm currently a nanny for two amazing kids, and I'm also studying psychology specifically child psychology because my ultimate goal is to become a child psychologist. I take all my classes online and am completing my associates in under a year graduating from Macomb Community College in July! I bring an energetic and fun-loving approach to childcare. Whether it's outdoor activities, arts and crafts, or spontaneous dance parties, I love creating engaging experiences that encourage kids to learn and grow. I also love to travel and always have fun stories to share! Plus, I'm a huge animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs, so pets are never a problem. I am CPR and First Aid Certified!
