Elyse has been taking care of our baby during the week from ~4 months and has been exactly what we were hoping for. She has been more than great with our daughter since the first day. Elyse shows up excited to see our daughter, and our daughter is excited to see her. We definitely attribute some of our daughter's advanced skills/development to the care and attention Elyse has given her for the past 7ish months. She has been great at communication for any schedule concerns on either end, has never arrived late unless pre-planned, and has been great in working with a unique schedule we had for our care situation. I would never hesitate to hire again, she truly cares for our daughter and has been a welcome addition to our home throughout the week. She's kind, personable, and clearly loving towards the kids. We are going to be sad when the last day comes, the only reason it will is because we will be sending our daughter to daycare at 1yr old. She has been great
