Elsy has been helping us at our home for over a year. We hired her on a short-term basis to care for a family member recovering from a hospital stay. She cared for him as if he were her own family member, skillfully tending to all his needs with care and concern and also doing other household tasks to help. Once he recovered, we couldn't let her go; she has continued to help us with our household needs (cleaning, cooking, shopping, laundry) on a weekly basis. She has improved the quality of our lives: life is better with Elsy. Elsy constantly goes above and beyond. She anticipates needs and takes care of things without our asking. She does everything for us that a kind and caring family member would do. We love her and she loves us. What more can we say? She is an angel from heaven, and we are so grateful to have her in our lives.
