Detris always remains professional. She is responsive to her text messages and phone calls and constantly reminds me I can call or text her at any time. I am always on top of my mother’s care and Detris does a great job in staying in communication with me regarding their daily activities, updates, concerns, and is open to any feedback. She respects the specific instructions I give her and remains consistent and on the same page as me in how we take care of my mother. Detris tries her best to accommodate my mom’s sometimes changing schedule and is always considerate with any last-minute changes.
