About Elliott

I currently work as an architect, but find true joy in connecting to kids. I'm hoping to supplement my income with childcare on evenings and weekends. Throughout my college years, I've spent my time caring for children. I'm the oldest of four, and I've worked many years as a summer camp counselor. I have experience caring for kids with autism and ADHD. Currently, I volunteer in a nursery on Sunday mornings. My experience with children has equipped me to provide emotionally intelligent care while prioritizing safety. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, deferring to the parents for preferred approach. My personal style focuses on kids' choice while still tackling the task at hand. I aim to make every child feel seen, heard, and loved. I love to craft, play outside, and encourage the creativity of the kids I work with.
